Individuation is C.G. Jung’s term for the psychoanalytic process by which an individual attains and uncovers their wholeness, their fullest essence. The process entails bringing unconscious content in the psyche to consciousness, the “marriage” of the conscious to the unconscious, so that all the elements of the personality may be acknowledged and assimilated by the person who chooses to become more whole.
Whether you are seeking long-term or short-term therapy; I seek to guide you closer to this process of wholeness, integrating that which is known (conscious) and that which has yet to be revealed (unconscious).
